For Ubelution, we spent months testing different varieties and sourcing what we believe is some of the best real Filipino ube available. Authentic ube isn’t neon purple or artificially bright. Real ube has a more natural color, deeper flavor, and the earthy sweetness that made it iconic in Filipino cuisine in the first place. Being part Filipino owned, getting this right mattered to us.
